• Seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic.
• Conditions evaluated and treated include orthopedic, neuro, vestibular disorders, gait and balance deficits, pain dysfunction and more.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care and be open to working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy using a range of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and aquatic therapy.
• Document patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Work closely with a large team of seasoned Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the importance of ongoing rehabilitation and self-care.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in continuous professional development, including workshops, conferences, and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in NC CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate and motivate patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
