Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a current or eligible state license. Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation is preferred along with strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Physical Therapist (PT) - Fargo, ND Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients in the at Bethany on University Healthcare center in the Fargo, ND area.
This role focuses on evaluating and treating adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. The Physical Therapist is responsible for patient assessments, care plan development, and implementation of treatment programs designed to improve gait, balance, mobility, strength, range of motion, pain management, and overall functional independence.
What You’ll Do Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled physical therapy treatment focused on functional and measurable outcomes Address gait training, balance, mobility, strength, range of motion, pain, and discharge planning Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with licensure and regulatory standards Maintain appropriate patient schedules per established guidelines Complete timely, accurate documentation to support quality care and reimbursement requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility staff to support positive patient outcomes
What You Bring Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in applicable state Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferred Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to patient-centered care and professional standards
