Provide physical therapy interventions for pediatric and adult clients according to physician orders and plans of care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Must hold a current, unrestricted Texas PTA license and CPR-BLS certification. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is employed by the agency and is responsible for providing select physical therapy interventions. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care (POC) under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist (PT).
