Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assist residents with daily living activities such as mobility, grooming, and personal care as needed. Support medication management according to certification requirements and community guidelines. Observe and report changes in residents' condition or behavior to the Director of Nursing or licensed staff. Document care provided accurately and promptly. Follow all safety, infection control, and care standards to ensure resident well-being. Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborate with the care team to provide quality support.

Qualifications
