Staff Veterinarian - Urgent Care

Experience

• Minimum of one year of experience in a veterinary clinic, ideally in an urgent care or emergency setting. Other Duties Regular attendance and punctuality are required. Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening to be compliant with DEA requirements for dispensing controlled drugs.

• Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. There may be occasional wet floors, animal noises, odors, and dander. Most time will be spent in a typical air conditioned and heated environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
