Job description

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will complete comprehensive patient assessments, develop a patient-centered plan of care and implement best practice physical therapy interventions to help patients achieve their highest desired state of health and well-being.

Position qualifications

Education/Licensure/Certification

Master's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current California Physical Therapist licensure required. Candidates who have applied for licensure and are legally authorized to practice under supervision (e.g., limited permit or license-pending status) may be considered.

Current Healthcare Worker Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Knowledge/Experience

  • Knowledge and application of Physical Therapy professional practice, code of ethics and regulatory requirements.
  • Competent working knowledge of standard practice procedures and equipment used in delivering physical therapy in the inpatient and/or outpatient environment.
  • Knowledge of and ability to follow infection control procedures in patient care settings.
