As a Locum MD specializing in Radiology, you'll play a critical role in diagnosing and interpreting medical images to support our diverse patient base. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring accurate diagnostics that drive patient outcomes and enhance our practice's reputation for excellence.
Conduct radiological examinations and interpret results accurately Consult with other medical professionals to discuss patient images and findings Maintain patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards Supervise imaging staff and provide guidance as needed Communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures and results Stay updated with advancements in radiological technology Participate in continuous professional development and training Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice
MD degree from an accredited medical school State medical license to practice in radiology Experience in diagnostic radiology; prior locum experience is a plus Proficient in imaging technologies such as MRI, CT, and X-ray Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Commitment to high-quality patient care Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
