Must be a graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school and licensed as a Practical Nurse in Ohio. CPR certification is required, with preferred experience in pediatric and home health settings.

Summary: Provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
Essential Functions: Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or advanced practice providers. Monitors patients' vital signs and records their medical histories. Assists with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provides emotional support and education to patients and their families. Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Education Requirement: Graduate of an approved school of practical or vocational nursing, required. Licensure Requirement: Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio, required.
CPR certification, required.
Working knowledge of the concept of family centered care. Ability to function collaboratively within the framework of an Interdisciplinary Team. Problem solving, organization, communication skills and ability to work independently and react appropriately to crisis situations.
