A Day in the Life of a Registered Nursing Assistant-Hospital (NAR/CNA) As a Registered Nursing Assistant, you will collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to deliver critical direct care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your role involves tasks such as assisting with patient meals, providing personal care, and helping patients in their recovery from various health conditions. Challenges include managing a variety of patient needs and adapting to changing priorities swiftly. You will also handle operational tasks like stocking supplies and operating healthcare equipment, demonstrating precision and care. This position demands a high level of alertness and responsiveness, especially when dealing with emergency situations.

Requirements

Requires American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Must have active registration with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry within one year or be currently enrolled in a nursing program.
