Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs. Create personalized treatment plans to address individual rehabilitation goals. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current Washington State Physical Therapy License in good standing. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed. CPR certification and knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy.
