Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care tailored to each patient. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress notes. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in physical therapy. Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Washington. Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient rehabilitation setting preferred but new grads welcome. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor towards patients. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
