Assists the anatomic pathology lab by performing pre-analytic and post-analytic functions, including specimen accessioning and processing. Responsible for triaging specimens, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the secure handling of patient health information.
Requires a high school equivalent or GED, with an associate's degree and previous medical laboratory experience preferred. Must be capable of performing frequent physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
