Provide evaluation and treatment for patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and orthopedic or neurologic conditions. Manage a diverse caseload split between home-based care and clinic or mobile outpatient visits.
Must hold a current Utah Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant license. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently across multiple care settings are required.

MINT Physical Therapy provides services throughout Northern Utah with clinic, mobile, workplace, and home-based care options from Ogden to Nephi. We specialize in workplace injury prevention, workers' compensation, and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation. Our model allows clinicians to provide individualized care while helping patients return to work, recreation, and daily life.

Patient Care Provide evaluation and treatment services for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and other orthopedic or neurologic conditions. Help patients restore function, reduce pain, and confidently return to work, recreation, and daily activities.
Varied Caseload Manage a diverse schedule consisting of approximately 30% home-based care and 70% clinic or mobile outpatient visits. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety, independence, and working across multiple settings.
Patient Education Build strong relationships with patients through clear communication, education, and collaborative goal setting.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration Coordinate with physicians, case managers, employers, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.
Spanish speaking (preferred but not required) Current Utah Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant license Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working across multiple care settings Commitment to providing ethical, patient-centered care Strong organizational skills and follow-through
