We’re hiring a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our DMV and Baltimore team as a floating PTA. In this role, you’ll rotate between clinics, work closely with a variety of Physical Therapists, and support patients as they regain mobility and return to daily life. If you prefer variety over being in the same clinic every day, this is the perfect fit. You’ll collaborate with 80% of our clinicians, learn different treatment styles and modalities, and benefit from strong mentorship across our network.
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist in implementing treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training activities Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Educate patients on exercises, recovery expectations, and injury prevention Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging patient experience
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Maryland PTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting Commitment to high-quality patient care and outcomes New graduates are encouraged to apply
