Innovative Healthcare Centers is seeking compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioners to join our expanding healthcare organization. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities within a collaborative, team-oriented environment that provides strong clinical support and opportunities to practice across several specialty areas, including occupational health, functional medicine, wellness, and personal injury care.

The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients while promoting overall health and wellness. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a diverse clinical setting, providing comprehensive care to patients with occupational injuries, personal injury cases, chronic health concerns, and wellness-focused treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and medical histories Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order, interpret, and review diagnostic testing and laboratory results Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to coordinate patient care Perform follow-up evaluations and monitor patient progress Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, wellness strategies, and preventative care Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and company policies

Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Delaware (or eligibility for licensure) Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or related specialty DEA registration and prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment Experience in occupational medicine, functional medicine, wellness, urgent care, family medicine, orthopedics, or personal injury is preferred but not required
