RELIVE Health Ada·Forest Hills, Michigan
The Nurse is responsible for administering IV vitamin therapy, shots, and infusions while monitoring patient status and managing reactions. Additionally, they handle blood draws, maintain a sanitary environment, and coordinate with the administrative team for patient documentation.
Help people feel like the best version of themselves — one infusion at a time.
At RELIVE, we don't do band-aids and quick fixes. We help people fight fatigue, rebalance their hormones, sharpen their edge, and turn back the clock. And the person who makes that magic happen at the bedside? That's you.
We're looking for a Registered Nurse who loves the clinical craft and the human connection — someone who can start a flawless line, read a room, and make every patient feel like the only person who matters (because at RELIVE, they are).
What You'll Actually Do
Deliver IV vitamin therapy, IM injections, and wellness treatments with precision and a steady hand.
Own the vascular access game — venipuncture, peripheral IVs, port access, blood draws — smooth and confident every time.
Run infusions start to finish: monitor closely, anticipate reactions, and stay cool if anything goes sideways.
Be the trusted voice patients turn to — explaining IV therapy, hormone replacement, and wellness plans in a way that actually lands.
Keep documentation tight and hand off clean records for EHR entry.
Manage inventory so you're never caught short mid-shift (100% stocked, always).
Uphold gold-standard asepsis, infection control, and state nursing practice — no shortcuts.
Partner with the medical and admin team on shared decisions, patient callbacks, and follow-up questions.
Work our booking and clinic systems like a pro.
What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred, ADN welcome).
Active RN license in good standing.
Current BLS and ACLS (required).
IV infusion experience strongly preferred — if you love starting lines, you'll love it here.
Sharp clinical judgment, calm-under-pressure energy, and the confidence to work independently.
Warm, non-judgmental, discreet — you treat every patient's story like it's your own to protect.
A genuine team player who makes the whole clinic better.
We're the premier health and wellness center in the country, and we're built around one thing: you and the patient. This is direct patient care without the burnout of a chaotic floor — a wellness-forward environment where you get to build relationships, see people transform, and take real pride in your work.
If you want your nursing skills to make people look, feel, and be their best — let's talk.
Candidates must have a degree in nursing (BSN or ASN) from an accredited program and be certified in BLS and ACLS. Previous experience in IV infusion is desirable, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
