Conduct physical exams, bloodwork reviews, and functional assessments with a deep-rooted focus on identifying the root cause of client symptoms. Personalize treatment plans using a tiered approach that may include lifestyle recommendations, stress management techniques, supplement protocols, peptides, IV therapies, tools for hormone optimization via HRT, and more Translate complex medical insights into client-friendly language and communicate next steps clearly and compassionately Collaborate with team members daily, including Client Advocates, RNs, Front of House staff, and fellow Nurse Practitioners. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis, universal precautions, and infection control protocols Document with accuracy and detail; chart same day using EHR, the appropriate charting templates, and proper documentation methods. Maintain active licensure, compliance training, and continuing education Stay engaged with clinical advancements in hormone health, medical weight loss, functional medicine, and regenerative therapies Ideal Background: Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Michigan 3+ years of clinical experience (wellness or functional medicine preferred) Experience or interest in innovative treatments, such as hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, peptide protocols, and medical weight loss Experience with Aesthetic Injectables – neurotoxin and dermal fillers - is a plus Comfortable with learning new systems (lab portal, pharmacy portal, EMR) Passion for helping others reclaim their health with integrity, innovation, and safety
