Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times. Document and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team. Help with meal preparation and nutritional support tailored to clients' needs. Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote engagement and well-being. Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
Valid STNA or HHA certification preferred; experience in home care is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to lift and move clients safely and comfortably. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Current CPR and First Aid certification is advantageous. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required. Flexible availability to accommodate clients' schedules. Background check clearance and compliance with health regulations.
