Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed treatment plans Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
