The nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care within a Level III Trauma Emergency Department. This includes documenting patient needs and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must have an Associate Degree in Nursing, a valid Delaware RN license, and previous ER or Acute Care experience. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, with PALS to be obtained within six months.
