The PMHNP will provide psychiatric care across multiple skilled nursing facilities, conducting evaluations and implementing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include managing psychiatric medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and collaborating with supervising physicians and facility staff.
Candidates must hold an active Florida APRN license, National Board Certification as a PMHNP, a DEA license, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Post-acute care experience is required, with one year of psychiatric experience preferred.
