The Meadows of Central Massachusetts is an 82-bed transitional care facility located alongside Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts – Central Campus.
The Meadows provides comprehensive skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for individuals in need of specialized medical care before they can return home or to another care setting.
Many of our patients have suffered serious injuries or illnesses.
As a result, they require day-to-day help while they work toward recovery and regain their independence.
Our comprehensive, personalized approach to patient care incorporates therapeutic intervention and medical management.
We specialize in providing short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite care services.
Requires a high school diploma and a valid state certification as a Nursing Assistant, with BLS certification required within six months of hire. Two years of experience as a Nurse Aide is required, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
