What You’ll Do

  • As a Periodontal Surgical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our periodontist and clinical team throughout surgical and nonsurgical periodontal procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting the periodontist during periodontal and implant procedures
  • Performing preoperative and postoperative patient care duties
  • Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a sterile clinical environment
  • Supporting an unobstructed operative field using suction, retractors, and irrigation
  • Preparing, inspecting, and sterilizing instruments and equipment
  • Obtaining and processing dental radiographs and imaging as needed
  • Monitoring patient comfort and status during procedures

    • Required Qualifications
