Provide mental health support services to members and their families within a short-term crisis residential program. Coordinate care by collaborating with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as the Probation Department and County Behavioral Health Services.
Must possess a Master's Degree in Social Sciences and be registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (ASW, AMFT, or APCC). Requires one year of direct service experience with mentally ill individuals and a valid driver's license with insurance.

The Clinician Unlicensed provides mental health support services to members served and their families at the program. The Clinician also assists in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team. This includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as, the Conservator’s Office, Public Guardian’s Office, Probation Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient providers.
Expected starting wage range is $70,304.00 - $84, 024.91. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Tree House North is a short-term crisis residential program, which works in collaboration with the Orange County Health Care Authority (OCHCA). It will assist members within Orange County who are experiencing acute mental health crisis, and need additional assistance in stabilizing their current level of functioning without resulting in the member being admitted to any Inpatient or higher level of care facility or program. The program is staffed by a multidisciplinary team that focuses on stabilization and recovery.
