- Schedule: Day Shift l Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM What You Will Do Accompany provider into the patient examination room to document the provider's encounter with the patient. List all proper diagnoses and symptoms, as well as follow-up instructions and prescriptions as indicated by the provider. Transcribe patient orders including but not limited to laboratory tests, radiology tests and medications. Document procedures performed by the provider.
