  • Category: Health CareThe Overnight Behavioral Health Specialist is responsible for checking on patients throughout the night, interact with patients who are awake, clean, complete temperature logs, and chart audits. The Behavioral Health Specialist will provide client supervision and care as part of the treatment team. Read and implement a client’s treatment plan. Provide clients with positive cues, redirection and reinforcement. Attendance bonuses available --- earn up to $130 per week
  • Shift: Sunday 8pm - 8am, Monday 8pm - 8am, Tuesday 8pm - 8am, Wednesday 8pm - 2am Minimum Qualifications ($16.00/hour): High school diploma or GED, no experience necessary. Preferred Qualifications ($17.00/hour): Bachelor’s or master’s degree, no experience necessary or Associate’s degree plus one (1) year behavioral health work experience or High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification plus two (2) years of behavioral health work experience or High School Diploma or GED plus Medical Assistant certification plus two (2) years of behavioral health work experience or High School Diploma or GED plus three (3) years of behavioral health work experience.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age (insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a “clean” or “acceptable” driving record. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.
