Provide patient care in a primary care setting Conduct thorough examinations and assessments Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals Participate in continuous professional development and training Adhere to regulations and ethical practices in medical care
Medical degree from an accredited institution Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California Prior experience in a primary care environment preferred Strong diagnostic and clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting Flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
Daily Volume: ~10 patients, including 1-2 telehealth appointments
Diabetes, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, degenerative arthritis, depression, congestive heart failure, angina, and pain
EMR: CPRS
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
DEA, BLS & ACLS required
