The Nurse Practitioner at our La Plata office will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive orthopedic care to patients across all age groups.
This position involves assessing, diagnosing, and managing musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring patients receive evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate recovery.
Additionally, this role requires educating patients and their families about injury prevention, treatment options, and rehabilitation processes.
Ultimately, the Nurse Practitioner will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for patients through compassionate, expert orthopedic care within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing, a current Maryland NP license, and certification as an FNP or AGNP. Clinical experience in orthopedics and BLS/ACLS certifications are required.
