The Patient Care Technician provides direct, routine patient care including ambulation, feeding, and hygiene support under the direction of nursing staff. They also perform essential clerical duties, manage patient supplies, and assist with hospital department coordination.

Responsible for providing routine patient care and support services in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the nurse or physician, to assure that the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained at all times.
