Provide direct patient care to rehabilitation patients using the nursing process and administering medications. Collaborate with RNs to assess patients, implement care plans, and educate families on pain management.
Strong interpersonal and documentation skills required. Familiarity with rehab documentation systems is preferred. Additional requirements include: Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
