The Adolescent Counselor provides individual and group therapy to adolescent clients in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing person-centered treatment plans, and collaborating with families and schools.

Adolescent Mental Health Therapist – Full-Time Location: High Focus Centers – Lansdale, PA

High Focus Centers is a trusted provider of outpatient behavioral health services in southeastern Pennsylvania, offering comprehensive and individualized care through our specialized programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. We serve both adults and adolescents, with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, and co-occurring concerns.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Adolescent Counselor to join our Lansdale clinical team. This role focuses on delivering individual and group therapy to adolescent clients in an outpatient setting. Schedule & Compensation • Full-Time, Monday through Friday • Approximately 12

  • 00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Salary: Approximately $55,000 annually

Position Overview The Adolescent Counselor will be responsible for

  • Providing individual outpatient therapy to adolescent clients
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions for adolescents
  • Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans
  • Collaborating with families, schools, and referral sources to support client progress
  • Monitoring behavioral and emotional needs and adjusting treatment as clinically indicated
  • Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participating in clinical meetings and care coordination
  • Supporting program goals and performing additional clinical duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:
