Southeast Medical Group·Warner Robins, Georgia
Provide advanced clinical and administrative support to licensed providers by performing patient rooming, histories, and detailed clinical scribing. Assist with diagnostic procedures and care coordination to optimize clinic workflow.
We are seeking a highly motivated and medically advanced recent Physician Assistant graduate to join our primary care clinic as an Advanced Clinical Associate. Functioning as a "super medical assistant" and advanced clinical scribe, you will provide top-tier clinical and administrative support to our licensed providers. This is an ideal bridge position for a recent PA graduate waiting to take the PANCE or waiting for state licensure. You will utilize your extensive medical education to streamline clinic workflow, draft detailed clinical documentation, and enhance patient care. Upon successful licensure and credentialing, this role may transition into a full-time Physician Assistant Provider position within our practice.
As a pre-licensed individual, the Advanced Clinical Associate will not make independent medical diagnoses, prescribe medications, or formulate treatment plans. All clinical decision-making remains the sole responsibility of the licensed supervising provider.
Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner program (recent graduates only). Licensure Status: Currently awaiting state licensure.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Market context
In Georgia, pre-licensure Advanced Clinical Associate roles tend to draw recent PA or NP graduates who are waiting on state licensure and already hold BLS and ACLS certification. These positions are competitive because employers are looking for candidates with a completed master’s degree, strong clinical readiness, and the ability to transition quickly into supervised practice. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform against the original posting, then confirm your licensure timeline and certifications before applying.
