How you'll contribute A Registered Nurse who excels in this role

  • Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
  • Performs focused patient assessments and reassessments, including pain management
  • Administers medications safely and accurately following best practices
  • Assists physicians with procedures and performs treatments within scope of practice
  • Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  • Educates patients and families on disease processes and care plans
  • Ensures patient safety and proper use of equipment

  • What we're looking for
  • Current North Carolina or compact state RN license
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire
  • One year of healthcare experience required
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work on-call as needed

Requirements

Requires a current North Carolina or compact state RN license and an Associate's Degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor's preferred. Candidates must have one year of healthcare experience and obtain BLS and ACLS certifications.
