The Controlled Medication Provider provides care for our patients on controlled medications, closely following our controlled medication policies. Working closely with the patient’s PCP, clinical staff, and pharmacies, you will ensure medication requests are handled efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company policies..
Key Responsibilities Provide controlled medication management, according to policy Provide excellent patient communication, follow-ups, and documentation.
Assist with controlled medication monitoring processes according to clinic protocols.
Demonstrate excellent communication with PCP, medical assistants, and pharmacies..
Review and accurately document patient encounters in the EMR/EHR system.
Maintain excellent and timely charting Manage provider tasks in timely manner Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Qualifications: Required: NP or PA license in the state of CA
