California wraparound roles need relevant youth experience

In California, Family Specialist wraparound roles are often sought in community-based behavioral health and child welfare settings, where experience supporting high-risk youth is a common screening factor. Competition can be stronger for candidates who pair an associate’s degree in a behavioral science-related field with direct experience, or lived experience with foster care and adoption, and who can show comfort with family engagement, documentation, and mileage-based field work. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then tailor your application to any youth-support, case coordination, or advocacy experience that matches the posting.
