If that sounds like you, keep reading. 👀 We're looking for a full-time Veterinary Assistant who brings positive energy, strong patient care skills, and a genuine passion for helping pets live their best lives. If you're the kind of person who can go from comforting a nervous patient to assisting with treatments to educating clients—all before lunch—you'll fit right in. ✨ What You'll Be Doing As a key member of our veterinary team, you'll:

Deliver compassionate patient care throughout every stage of the visit.

Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with exams, treatments, diagnostics, and procedures.

Safely restrain and handle patients using Fear Free techniques whenever possible.

Prepare exam rooms, treatment areas, and surgical suites for daily use.

Monitor hospitalized patients and report changes in patient condition to the medical team.

Collect patient histories and communicate important information to veterinarians and technicians.

Administer medications and treatments as directed and permitted by state regulations.

Assist with laboratory sample collection, processing, and recordkeeping.

Educate pet parents on preventative care, medications, nutrition, and treatment plans.

Maintain cleanliness throughout the hospital, stock supplies, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Build strong relationships with clients through empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication.

A minimum of 2 years of Veterinary Assistant experience (required).

Experience working in a veterinary hospital or clinical setting.
