Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate, dependable 1st shift Full Time Medical Lab Technician/Medical Laboratory Scientist in our Chattanooga Area. This applicant will need an MLS with a supervisor’s license. The schedule would be Monday-Friday 7AM to 3PM with rotating weekends. The responsibilities for the Medical Lab Technician/Medical Laboratory Scientist include preparation of blood and blood components, labeling of blood, shipment of blood, and various clerical tasks.
must have current MT or MLT ASCP Certification and AS/BS Degree.
MLS with a supervisor’s license
Blood bank experience preferred but, not required.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a positive, professional attitude.
