Acts Home Health is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Registered Nurse (RN) position.
In this role, you will serve as the case manager by coordinating and providing nursing care and clinical oversight.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Completion of an approved Physical Therapist Assistant training program Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home health is preferred Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered This position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
