• Do
• As a member of our
• Clinical
• Services team, you will: Review medication administration records (MARs) and physician orders for accuracy and compliance Assist with medication monitoring and documentation reviews Support medication safety and infection prevention practices Reinforce medication administration procedures with residential staff Coordinate medical appointments, follow-up care, laboratory requests, and provider recommendations Monitor medication storage, expiration dates, and health-related supplies Assist with licensing surveys, audits, and accreditation activities Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, pharmacies, therapists, case managers, and residential leadership Support staff education related to medication administration, infection prevention, OSHA, and health documentation Promote a safe, healthy, and therapeutic environment for youth What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Current West Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing Valid driver's license CPR certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)

• Experience in one or more of the following: Residential treatment Behavioral health Child welfare Pediatrics Psychiatric nursing Community health Experience with medication administration systems, electronic documentation, and interdisciplinary teamwork is highly valued.

QualificationsQualifications Education and Licensure Possesses and maintains a current, active West Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
