Our LPNs will have Knowledge and demonstration of Agency Core Values in all day-to-day activities. Provides medical care to the Agency’s behavioral health programs. Duties are in keeping within scope of practice which include interviewing individuals to screen for medical problems, health monitoring, injections and education, along with coordinating referrals for follow-up with medical offices. Duties also include individual and group services regarding the relationship between health and behavioral health issues.
