Job Title: Licensed Master Social Worker (LSW / LCSW) – Mental Health Therapist (Children & Adults)
We are seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Social Worker (LSW or LCSW) to provide compassionate, high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting. This is a clinical therapy position focused on assessment, individual/family counseling, group facilitation, and care coordination.
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Active LSW or LCSW in the State of Ohio (required). LISW strongly preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health, counseling, or social work. Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records. Knowledge of community resources in the Mahoning Valley. Ability to pass background check and drug screen. First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience working with children/adolescents and adults. Training in evidence-based practices (CBT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, etc.). Experience in criminal justice, school-based, or integrated behavioral health settings. Bilingual skills are a plus.
