Perform patient care activities and related services under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications, preparing exam rooms, and documenting in the EMR.
Performs various patient care activities and related services in caring for the needs and comfort of patients under the direction of the physician or midlevel provider. RN duties include (but not limited to): assessing patients physical, psychosocial and behavior health needs; advocating for patient; administering prescribed medications, preparing exam room, procedure room, and assisting providers; documenting in the EMR according to TSH policy and procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Previous clinic experience preferred.
