Catholic Charities of Baltimore Villa Maria Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a Clinical Administrative Assistant to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all who enter the Behavior Health Clinic (BHC). Who will also provide a professional and efficient administrative and clerical assistance to the clinic staff, vendors, visitors, and clients. The work schedule is Monday – Thursday 9 AM - 5 PM and Fridays 8 AM - 4 PM.
Villa Maria Behavioral Health Clinics provide mental and behavioral health services to children, adults, and families across Maryland. These services include individual counseling, family counseling, psychiatric evaluation, social and coping skill development, addiction counseling and treatment, and medication management.
Job duties & responsibilities
Provides general administrative/clerical assistance, including but not limited to answering telephones, providing assistance to the caller when appropriate, transferring calls, and/or taking messages.
Maintains the schedule for the site psychiatry team to ensure the prescriber’s time is appropriately utilized.
Receives telephone, in house, and faxed client referrals for the clinic.
Prepares and answers requests from various internal and external individuals/agencies for information or records
Perform other duties as assigned.
