As a Rehab Technician, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain strength, confidence, and independence while working alongside a collaborative team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you’ll assist with preparing patients for therapy, supporting mobility and guided exercises, and aiding in transfers and treatment activities - all under the supervision of licensed professionals. You’ll help create a safe, organized, and welcoming therapy environment by maintaining equipment, stocking supplies, and keeping everything running efficiently. You’ll also coordinate scheduling, manage clerical tasks, and serve as an important link in communication between staff, patients, and families.
