The therapist provides psychotherapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to patients with co-occurring and psychiatric disorders. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, clinical consultation, and assisting patients in achieving optimal emotional health.
The IOP Therapist PRN performs Clinical functions to include assisting patients in meeting their goals while enabling them to access, through therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health, including providing basic consultation, teaching, complete specialized clinical social work services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, group therapy, providing information and referrals as needed, and individual therapy when ordered by an MD. Provides variety of psychotherapeutic services including, family and individual (adults and children) in an outpatient psychiatric Behavioral Health Center setting. Patient(s), with co-occurring disorders, psychiatric disorders, substance abuse disorders and other behavioral disorders.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and be licensed in Florida as an LMHC, LCSW, or Registered Intern. One year of experience in a behavioral health or psychiatric setting and CPI/CPR certifications are required.
