The Primary Therapist will provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. This role involves delivering therapy, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans in a compassionate, professional, and effective manner. The Primary Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Education and Licensure: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
