Provides direct and indirect patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living and performing basic nursing procedures. Responsible for monitoring vital signs and maintaining accurate patient documentation under supervision.

Provides direct and indirect patient care activities under direct supervision. Assists patients with activities of daily living, providing for personal care, comfort and assistance when necessary. Patient Age Groups Served: Neonate, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, continuous quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings as required.

Education: Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training
Current PCT Kansas Certification, if certified. CPR/BLS Certification
