About the role

No OB Deliveries or Call: Focus on primary care—no obstetrics and no call responsibilities.

Integrated Care Model: Work alongside behavioral health professionals in a clinic designated as a Rural Health Clinic within a Critical Access Hospital.

Preventive Care Focus: We prioritize quality outcomes and value-based care.

Your Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care to patients assigned through patient choice and value-based contracts.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC.

Participate in provider meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.

Occasionally assist with patient care during high-volume periods in the ER.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. U.S. work authorization required (we are unable to sponsor visas). Prior primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Eligible for medical staff privileges at our facility. Preferred Skills: Proficiency with EMRs; EPIC experience is a plus. Understanding of Rural Health Clinic operations and reimbursement models.
