Glendive Medical Center is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our Extended Care team as a PRN Assisted Living CNA/Tenant Associate.

This flexible, as-needed position is ideal for someone looking to pick up shifts while making a positive difference in the lives of residents.

As a PRN Assisted Living CNA/Tenant Associate, you'll help create a comfortable, welcoming environment by assisting with resident support, dining services, housekeeping tasks, and other daily activities that contribute to quality of life.

What You'll Do Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, including grooming, hygiene, and meal support Help serve meals, snacks, and refreshments throughout the day Support resident mobility, ambulation, and transfers as directed Monitor and report resident concerns or changes to nursing staff Obtain vital signs, weights, intake/output measurements, and other assigned observations Assist with medication self-administration according to policy Maintain resident rooms and common areas through housekeeping, laundry, and organization tasks Assist with light cooking and baking duties Promote a safe, respectful, and home-like environment for residents Collaborate with nursing staff and other departments to support quality resident care What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate approach to resident care Commitment to maintaining a safe environment for residents and coworkers

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Nursing Assistant training or equivalent experience Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred Current BLS and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain Why Work PRN at GMC? Requirements

Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably nursing assistant training or healthcare experience. BLS and First Aid certifications are required or must be obtainable.
