Hospitality Aide (CNA Training Opportunity) Glendive, MT | Full-Time, Part-Time, or Casual | Entry-Level | $15.00 per hour | Entry-Level Role with Growth Opportunity Glendive Medical Center is hiring a Hospitality Aide, an entry-level role designed to help you gain experience while working toward becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

The Hospitality Aide supports nursing staff by assisting with non-clinical tasks that enhance resident comfort, safety, and quality of life.

GMC provides all required CNA classes, and employees have 120 days from hire to complete training and pass the CNA exam.

What You'll Do Assist with snack and hydration distribution Help maintain clean and organized resident rooms Transport residents to meals, activities, and appointments Remove trays, linens, and waste as directed Clean and sanitize equipment and common areas Respond to call lights and notify CNAs of care needs Support activity setup and engagement Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment What You'll Need Dependable and punctual attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong teamwork and communication skills Compassionate and respectful approach to care No experience required – training provided CNA Training Path Employer-provided CNA coursework Must complete training and pass certification within 120 days Physical Requirements Standing and walking throughout shift Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
